Design:
It all starts with the design! Using the latest in computer-aided design, owner Dave Roth will translate your vision into a unique, carefully detailed design, oftentimes right before your very eyes! Rest assured that your design will meet local code ordinances and—if required—your corporate sign criteria.
Code check:
We always verify the requirements of your local sign code to know what types of signage are allowed on your site.
Sign plans:
Depending on the scope of the work, in some areas of the country it is necessary to file a sign plan with the municipality governing your signage. Rothco is familiar with and experienced in the handling of all phases of the application and permitting process.
Sign Criteria:
In shopping centers or large developments there is often a need for uniformity in both exterior and/or interior signage. In many cases this criteria becomes a part of your lease agreement. We at Rothco will help you design a sign that meets all necessary requirements.
Sign Removal:
We can carefully remove an old sign from a previous tenant to keep the building's facade clean and up to date.
We are also able to examine the tenant's submitted sign package and compare it to the criteria for approval or rejection, with noted changes required.
